H1B amendment

Hi.. I have valid visa until sept 2014. recently my employer had filed h1b amendment petition as my client and work location has changed and i received new I-797 with same employer recently... now i m planning to visit india in feb... so, my concern is since i receive new I-797, do i need to go for stamping again??? or existing visa with same employer will do..
