On Feb 6th 2012 I went to Ottawa, Canada for my H1-B visa extension stamping (2nd H1-B Valid till Sep' 2014) and unfortunately got 221g-white as I don’t have the client letter. Now I'm working in India and this company is ready to apply the visa. Question is: Can this company file my visa under cap exempt? Thanks in Advance Link to comment
