6th year H1B approved 140 -Moving to new location

Hello,

I am in my 6th year of H1B, with 1-140 approved . My H1B expires in oct 2013. I am planning to move to a new location :

1. I will be working under the same employer and same job duties. What are the issues i will face if i switch to a different location.
   
2. Will my priority date change due to a location change.
   
3. Do the employer need to reapply by H1B,Labour and I-140 or a LCA is suffiicient.
