thanks to murthy forum for all the valuable information.my appoint is on Jan14 in Toronto

am in EVC model. i have all the letters and all the required documents.

Here are the details.

ME: good morning sir.

VO good morning

VO: (going thru DS160 )I have some confusion about the duration you have stayed in US. What your entry, exit dates..

ME: explained all the entry , exit dates.

(he spent some time understaing the dates and he got cleared)

vo: who is your past employer

ME: told me xxxx

VO: who is your emplyer. what they do?

me: Told the name and details of the employer.

vo: who is your end client

me: yyyy

vo: Whats your current salary?

ME: answered with total gross for 2012.

vo: can i see your last 2 yrs tax returns.

ME gave him

vo: why is tax returns more than salary

ME: It is bcoz jointly filed and wife working.

vo can i see LCA

ME: gave him

vo reviewd for some time, did not asked for any letters or i129. He kept I797, PP in blue folder and said your visa is approved and gave me the loomis info.

Me: thank you sir.

we 4 people stayed in bond place, everyone got approved.

jan 15 ceac site showd ISSUED, jan 16 mid night we got loomis mail.Jan17 picked up the passport.

try to have every pay stub for your employment in US, as thy are going back till 2009-2010 and verfifying the information..have every supporting doc in your folder to help your case and All i797, LCA.
