Successfull visa stamping in Vancouver

Worrying about the stamping from last few months. finally i and my fiancee got visa.

I hope everyone face this kind of situation.

now my turn to share my experience.

outside counter:Initially we came entrance of the building, they checked interview time and clubbed my i797,passport and ds160 confirmation together, and gave it to us.

Security Guard: they asked whether i have any electronics or food or explosives and sent us inside of building.

Metal check: Another security guard department checked whether we have any metals( like airport checking)

Counter 1: They took our DS160,H1b and passport, gave token number and told they call us( may be they took some verification). my token number came on TV and i went counter 1. and they gave my ds160,1797 and passport back.

and come back to our seat and waiting for main appointment from 20th floor.

After 30mins we went to 20th floor.

we went there, so many guys were sitting there.

Counter 3(20th floor):She asked finger prints and told take a seat.

Now my turn counter5 called my token number

Counter 5:

1.Did you do MS?

Yes

2.where?

XXXXX university

3.are u graduate?

Yes

4.which specialization?

XXXX

5.so your employer is XXXXX?

Yes

6.where do you work?

city name

7.tell me about your client?

XXXXXXXXX

8. How long you are working with your employer?

last 8 months.

8.do you have client letter?

Yes showed him.

10.can you show your paystubs?

Yes sure.

11. How pay your are getting per annually?

xx K

11.are you married?

No

12. how long your project?

Long term

he is typing something on computer and told golden words. my visa is approved, you get your passport within 3 to 5days.

i told him thank you you made my day.

My fiancee interview:

Counter 6:

1. Do you have end client?

No

2. can i have your LCA?

Showed.

3.what do you work as?

XXXXXX

4. where is your location?

XXXXXX

5. how long were you in USA?

XXXX years.

6 where were you before?

i studied ..............ballallalalaahabbaal

verified and told golden words.

i can say only few things.

Prepare the documentation properly each and every thing, that documentation makes you very confident.

Congrats. I have a question. My salary is greater than the amount listed on the LCA .Does the LCA amount should match the salary ?

Your salary need not match the amounted listed in LCA . However, it should always be greater than the amount listed in your LCA.

Hi,

I am posting my question in different threads to get some response. I have what is called a Work Order which is different from an "End client letter". In case my client is not willing to provide an end client letter, what would be the best option?
