H1b Extension - 221(g) - Project In India - Extension Again?

Hello,

Please advice me on the situation below:

- October 2009: H1b 2nd 3 year term Approval I 797 received.

- December 2009: Travelled to India for stamping. Received 221(g).

- January 2010: Got SAP American Project in India. Worked under the same US Employer A on this project till March 2012. .

- April 2010: Received letter from US Embassy (New Delhi)- H1b denial based on submitted 221(g) documents.

- Worked on the India project till end of March 2012. US Payroll and W2 till March 2012. H1b approval got expired in July 2012.

------Jan 2013: Can my US employer A apply for my H1b extension again.

Please advice.
