Hi,

My Priority date is May 18th 2006 Nationaliity India EB2. My dates are current in may bullet in

so far i didn't get any approval from USCIS , last wednesday (June 1st) i called USCIS and opened a Service Request (SR)

I had a Interview in December 2008 in USCIS Local Office and Interview went well. No visa numbers at that time.I had 2 soft Lud's on 4/22/11 and 4/29/11.that n 4/22 i got a message that The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred to Texas Service Center and on 4/29 i got a message that The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

Today is June 8th Iam Eagerly waiting for the GC

pl advise me.

I dont have any criminal records.

please reply if anyone have any idea.

Take an INFOPASS appointment. I know a friend who did it last week and found out some information about his case that couldn't find through other ways (e.g. calling USCIS).
