Hi,

This question is about he H1b transfer query.

Got an RFE requesting for end client letter and to establish employer employee relationship. The end client is a state govt agency and they do not provide any kind of documentation or letters.

Can you please advise of what can be provided for end client documentation and also what documents to provide to establish employer-employee relationship. I am a subcontractor for a state agency with 2 layers in between.

Two intermediate layers could be an issue.

Their is not alternative for client letter. If the client is not willing to provide that letter then find another project. And make sure, you have min layers in between.
