PERM Pending and H1 will expire soon

Dear All,

My six year of H1B visa is going to expire on July-31-2013 and my PERM is filed on Nov-05-2012

Could you please tell my options to stay in US after July-31?

Since my labor is not filed before365 days I need to opt for below options. Please advice me.

Question1 :- How long do I need to wait for my labor approval?

Question2:- If I travel India in March 01 week and recapture three months in India and back in June? Is this the best option to recapure three months outside US and come back before July if my labor approval does not come till Feb end?

Please advice or give me best option which help my situation.
