Successful Stamping in Toronto

Hello,

Some good news for all of the members here, hopedully this will give you more confidence.

My wife and I got our H1B Stamped successfully Toronto last week. Details below.

My Wife:

• Date: 1/7/13
  
• 2nd H1B stamping
  
• EVC Model
  
• Questions: How long with employer, Salary, W-2, Tax returns, LCA
  
• Took almost a week to get email from LOOMIS ( so do not panic if you do not get it within 2-3 days)
  

Myself:

• Date 1/14/13
  
• 3rd H1B Stamping
  
• EVVC Model
  
• Questions: How long with employer, Client Name, SalaryW-2, Tax returns, LCA
  
• Got email from LOOMIS in 3 days, and collected passport.
  

I also know several people who came along with us and got successful stamping in Toronto Canada. So do not be afraid if you got your documentation in order.

Some tips (nothing new, repeat of several posts here)

• Get your documentation in Order. Especially Paystubs, W-2, LCA, Tax returns.
  
• Make sure the numbers match between paystubs, W-2, Salary you mentioned,
  
• If you changed Clients, make sure you have an H1B amendment and LCA revision done
  
• Carry at least 3 year old paystubs, W-2, tax returns
  
• Carry all previous 797's
