Have you studied in USA [masters] 2. whats your specialization 3. How long you are working with this company 4. where is it located 5. any previous employers 6. how long you worked for previous company 7. where are you working now 8. do u have client letter 9. whats your annual salary 9.show me your W2, tax copy 10. why is your w2 shows more [ i just answered based on my performance and bonus with confident smile, he was satisfied] 11. show me your paystubs 12. how often your employer pays [ by monthly] 13. any issues with employer 14. how long you are working with this client 15. how long is still the project [ i said its open ended project should go for 3 more years] and finally golden words came, said your VISA is approved. My other friend interview with same Visa officer all most same questions in same order, and he also got approved. One more friend interview at Counter 4 1. highest degree 2. univ, specialization 3. client letter 4. I129, LCA, H1B petition 5. how long you are working for ur employer 6. how big is your compnay [around 400] 7. they told him to wait for 30mns, they want to do some additional verification, after 30mns, his name was called at counter, and the lady and her collegue verified some more documents and said Visa approved. Today all H1B visas are approved to my knowledge. we are waiting to collect our passports. Hopefully this helps, All the best for who are in next!!! Link to comment

What is your degree in?- masters in xyz What do u do for xyz company? - consultant in xyz technology How long you have been with xyz company? - 4 years Do u work for an end client? - yes How long you have been with that client - 1.5 years Asked to provide W2, bank statements and pay stubs Did you work for the same employer in OPT as well? - yes Now the magic words, I am approving your visa, you may collect your passport next week...
