Back Ground of My Frd: He was from tri valley and he completed his degree @ Tri Valley and he joined Tri Valley in the last sem but after all the issues he agaiin moved back to his previous university and completed the last sem. Current situation: His H1 petition was accepted and went to chennai for stamping. After asking all the questions in the last the visa officer gave the passport to my friend with white slip and told he has to verify some thing and put the application in Admin Processing. Now he is waiting to hear back from consulate to send passport for stamping. my frd attended the visa interview on December 2nd week and it has been more than a month and still his case is showing same status with out any updates. Does any one has gone throu same kind of issues?? if so how much time it took to get the passport stamped? what are the next steps he has to do? -Kumar. Link to comment

KewlKumar Posted February 6, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 6, 2013 Hi Frds...Today My frd's company received mail from Consulate to mail the passport so that visa can be issued...and it took two months for the whole process. Just updating so that others will get some idea about process times... Link to comment
