arun_nair24
I am on an H1b Visa with the max out date of March 2014. I am planning to get married this year and my spouse is a GC holder and will apply for naturalization in September 2013.. My organization is not filing for a GC. What options do I have ? Would i have to go back once I hit the max out period. Link to comment
Attorney_10
Generally, an individual must maintain a valid nonimmigrant status at all times in order to remain lawfully in the U.S. Please schedule a consultation with a qualified immigration attorney to discuss the specific facts of your case and to determine what, if any, nonimmigrant visa categories you may be eligible for once your H1B time is exhausted.
