VO: Good what you do for your company? Blah Blah What highest degree do you have? MS which University and specialization? XXX and Computer Science. Did you work on OPT? Yes Annual Income? XX per annum plus quarterly bonus which depends on my review of performance appraisal. This was the only time she looked at me directly. Last 1yr pay stubs and previous W2's? She looked at all the pay stubs and my base/regular salary was consistent through out 2012 Do you have any issues with your employer? No Does he pay on time? Yes Do you work directly with XXX Company? I work directly for XXX(my employer) and provide services to End Client YYY How long have you been in this company? 3yrs How long have you been on H1B status? 1yr 4mnths Client Letter? Gave my Client Letter What is your role at Client location? Techincal Lead LCA? LCA has different role than Client Letter Why is your role@client different than LCA? My LCA was filed 2 yrs back at that point of time my role was XXX but after 6 months client offered me an opportunity of Technical Lead for the same team. Since it was my short term goal but became true so early and I didn't want to miss that opportunity. However she was looking at the screen and typing something as if she was not concentrating of what I am saying. How different is present role and previous role? Pretty much same responsibilities with few additions and 5 members in the team will report to me on a weekly basis. How long have you been with this client? 2yrs 6months Client Location? XXX Residence Location? Same City as Client location That's it golden words came out "I am approving your US H1B visa and if you have any problems with your employer in future inform the fraudulent dept(not sure why she told this) and she gave me some booklet which had the list of legal dept's,phone numbers,rules for the employers etc" I told her that you've made my day. Thank you. She was smiling :)) During my interview 3 to 4 H1B visa's got stamped.
