vjd_123 Posted January 17, 2013 Report Posted January 17, 2013 Hi, My L1B extension visa status is showing "Decision" in USCIS website and my wife is 34 weeks pregnant now and doctor suugested that it is high risk to travel at this situation. May be in next 1 week i will get the visa status either approved or denied. If my L1B visa will be denied at this situation, what are the alternate solutions to stay in US until my wife delivery and getting passport for my new born baby(may be another 1 or 2 months time after delivery).---?
