mohan_krish81 Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 Hi, My wife has valid H4 visa till 27 Sep 2013, but last time when she entered US with my daughter on July 2011 she got her I94 only till 27 Sep 2011. We failed to notice the year, however my daughter got I94 till 2013. I am currently trying to transfer my H1 to a different employer and we noticed this issue. Please let me know what are my options.
