L1: Resigned last year

I resigned from company's India office about a year back and now the I am getting an offer from the parent company based in US to work in it's US office.

I worked with the office India for three years before resigning last year.

Please can someone confirm if I am eligible for L1 category in this case.

In general, to be eligible for L-1 status, a foreign national must have worked for a related company in a specialized knowledge, managerial, or executive capacity for at least 1 year within the past 3 years.
