naveeniphone Posted May 25, 2011 Report Share Posted May 25, 2011 I'm currently on H1B working for xyz company and my wife also works with the xyz company. the xyz company applied for H1 for my wife and its still in the process.. meantime I applied for the H4 visa through the same company xyz. Now the company says that, there would be problem for the H1B stamping later if they apply H4 and H1B through the same compnay. Is this true.. can somebody ensure.. if this is ol Link to comment
