rcd47 Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 Opted consular processing while filing 140. 140 approved and my file has been forwarded to NVC. Am I eligible for 3 yrs H1B extension under AC21?
Attorney_22 Posted February 7, 2013 Report Posted February 7, 2013 Generally, even when an approved I-140 indicates the Beneficiary will consular process, the Beneficiary is still eligible for H1B extensions beyond the normal six-year H1B limitation (provided all other H1B requirements are met).
