ppt Posted January 15, 2013 Report Share Posted January 15, 2013 Hello, My L1B Visa is expired on Dec -2012 but i have valid I-94 till Jan-2015, My Spouse is also working on her L1B visa from different company, her situation is also same her Visa is expired on Sep -2012 and have valid I-94 till Oct -2014. Now the sitation is her Project is about to finish and company is asking her to go back to India. Is it possible for me to apply for L2 dependent Visa (COS) for my spouse depending on my valid I-94. Or i can not apply for COS once my Visa is expired. Any information is highly appreciated. Link to comment
Muhilan Posted January 22, 2013 Report Share Posted January 22, 2013 Now your spouse can apply L2 dependant visa based on your i-94 (until stay in US) and once she received L2 then she can apply l2-EAD and start to work. Link to comment
