The 2011 W2 form has my salary details of those 9 months only and which will be less than the salary mentioned in LCA..Is there any identifier in W2 form which denote the period for which the details are recorded.. Im hearing some issues where W2 salary is mismatching with LCA value during H1 stamping..Does the VO has any option to know that the W2 is having only partial year data. metroguy Posted January 16, 2013 Report Share Posted January 16, 2013 Dont worry if they ask why your salary was less then you can say that you started from April and can show all the paystubs. The VOC knows when you entered and exited and when you started working. So dont worry Link to comment
