Abs_123
Hi, I applied for L1A, all my paper work, supporting documents, everything submitted by my employer mentioned L1-A (Supervisor Roles as I was playing a Manager role at offshore). However when I got my Visa and i-129s application back I see that the Visa Consular has checked "Specialized Knowledge" box instead of "Manager/Executive" box in the "Approved as" section. I believe it was an oversight/mistake from the Visa Consular. Note: I used a Blanket Petition to apply my L1. So I dont have any petition to find the visa category applied. 1. Now my question is I am on L1-A or L1-B? 2. After my initial entry into US, I got my I-94 only for 5 months since my passport was expiring. so My employer applied for an extension again on L1-A category. I got my extension approved and on that document that has the I-94 it mentions my Visa class as L1-A. Now my employer is talking about applying for GC, and I am worried if this scenario will have any impact on my application. Any help on these questions is very much appreciated. Link to comment
