bansalpoonam09 Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 I had paid visa fees in HDFC bank on Apr 22, 2012. It was in the amount of INR 8640. Back then, due to personal reasons, I did not apply for the visa. I am now in the process of applying for my L1B visa. The HDFC receipt says it is valid for 1 year. However, when I enter the receipt number on www.ustraveldocs.com/in to get an appointment, I get the error No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for It shows that I am supposed to pay a fees of INR 10830. Does this mean my HDFC receipt won't work? Is there any way for me to pay the difference and make it work? Also, to confirm, is the receipt number the 10 digit number on the white sticker pasted on the receipt?
