sgaddam Posted January 15, 2013 Report Share Posted January 15, 2013 Hi, I'm currently on OPT-Stem which will expire in June 2013 and also my F1 Visa expires in July 2013 and i'm planning to go to India for may be 3 weeks. fishaq Posted January 20, 2013 Report Share Posted January 20, 2013 Do not worry about it. There shouldn't be a problem. I know a student who went to India and came back when he had only 2 days left in his VISA. He was allowed to get back in without any question. Link to comment
