H-1B status during transfer process

Hi,

I recently received an offer from other company and they are in the process of doing my H-1B transfer in premium. However, I think I don't want to make the switch and stay at my current company as they are willing to file my green card.

If I say no to the new offer while in the midst of H-1B transfer, will there be any issues? Can I still work at my current company?

Generally, as long as your H1B status with your current employer is still valid and you are working pursuant to that employer’s H1B petition, there should not be any issues created by you informing the other employer that you are no longer interested.
