Timer
Hi, I am aware that some times at port of entry, the officer might give i-94 for longer stay than visa validity. Could any one provide me info on factors that decide this to happen? Thank you. Link to comment
JoeF
If your H1 is expiring soon, you may get an I-94 that includes the 10 days grace period you get when the H1 expires. Link to comment
binoca82
I know few of my friends on L1 got 2 years I94, when they came back from vacation. One of thier visa was about to expire in one or two months, second guy had one year visa. Link to comment
