Tijuana Stamping Eligibility ?

Hi,

I would like to know if my profile would be eligible for stamping in Tijuana.

I hold a BE from India. It's my fourth year in USA and my 2nd extension. My first stamping and my earlier extesion-stamping were done in India.

So am I eligible to get my stamping at Tijuana ? Some people have confused me saying that the candidate should have completed education in USA! Please clarify. Thanks a lot in advance.

The best person that can answer this question is the Tijuana Consulate/Embassy. People on this board can only "predict" or "opinion-ate"

Email them and ask. That ways if the security or pre-processing staff (before your actual interview) says "NO, you have to go back to home country", you can show your email correspondence, in which case you will atleast get through with the interview.

I am also in same situation. I did my first H1B stamping 3 year back in India and I did all my study from India.

I am also planing to go for stamping in other country then India. Please let us know your finding.
