devraju Posted January 11, 2013 Report Posted January 11, 2013 Hello Forum, I got student F-1 visa for University of minnesota, Duluth in Electrical Engineering for this spring 2013, but I am interested in joining in Governor state university, Illinois, and to get Master degree in computer science. In this regard, I want to know whether I should change SEVIS before arriving at USA, or is it possible to change SEVIS after coming to USA. Please help me Thank you in advance Devraj
