I have sent over the documents to the attorney and the attorney will reply to the RFE in a week or so. In the meantime, mine and the spouse's EAD/AP renewal documents were sent to USCIS this week. Does it matter that the RFE has not been replied to yet and the EAD/AP renewal documents are with USCIS right now? Please let me know. Thanks. Link to comment
