Hi

The visa officer was a lady.

VO: Where do you live in US?

Ans: XXXX

VO: So you work for XXXX.Ans: Yes

VO: Who is your client?

Ans: XXXXX

VO: Can I see your tax returns and pay stubs?

Ans: Handed over all the pay stubs and tax return copy for 2011

Checked the tax return. Then she checked all the pay stubs ..one by one.

For Nov 2011 pay stub, there is a discrepancy for gross pay year to date. It doesn't match with other pay stubs. She handed me over a yellow color 221g form and said additional admin processing is required. Please see it in attachment.

I asked her how much time its going to take for administrative processing? She didnt give me an exact duration or scope.

She cancelled my student visa (MBA from US)on the old passport.

She removed the I-94 attached with old passport.

She kept the following docs with her.

1. My new Passport.

2. The I-797 form

3. Pay stubs

4. 2011 tax returns.

Now I am waiting for a response from them.

Can anyone tell me what should I expect next?

I am not a professional,

You may expect questionnaire to your client.. and some extra documentation from you to Embassy.(Bank Statment..etc)

Is your model EVC and did your H1 start from Oct2012? and is your November pay check low or high with others?

Did you find any 221g's on your day?

Even I am on same boat any uppdates please let me know .. My interview is on Jan 14 but still waiting last week got a call to client place..
