sriswetha91 Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 Hi I am working with company A i got an opportunity from company B for which i applied for transfer and it was in RFE and now i got an offer from company C which is really a good offer and couldnt loose it and now my question is I am still in company A fow which i have a visa till 2014 and I 94 till june 2014 1. Can i apply for H1b transfer with company C when my case is in RFE with company B 2. If answer to 1 is yes and i transfered my petition to company C and later in point if my visa with company B is rejected then will it effect my status . 3.Do i need to inform company C about my company B transfer which i never joined and went to RFE or can i provide only the petition from company A will be suffecient for transfer . 4.Will this have any impact on decision from UCIS due to RFE on company B .
