DeleteStar Posted January 9, 2013 Report Share Posted January 9, 2013 I am on H1b and wife is on H4.Visa is stamped on our passport until Sep 2013.We are planning to change her last name in the passport.Looks like a new passport will be issued. My question is whether the new passport will have the visa stamped ? We are planning to travel to India this summer and wanted to check if this could lead to any complications ?
