H1B renewal stamping New Delhi

Hi,

I am planning to go for H1B renewal stamping in April 3013 New Delhi, and would appreciate any thoughts and suggestions related to stamping. As of now, I have completed aprox 5 year on H1. I changed my employer A to B in May 2011 but client is same, and H1B valid until Apr 2014. My PERM approved, and 140 is in process.

In this case, how should I go about the stamping. Any advise or suggestion would be highly appreciated.
