I was initially working as consultant for a consulting firm that and had filed for OPT STEM extension through them [OPT Stem Extension End Date: December, 2013]. I got a full-time offer from a company and joined the firm on 5th November 2012. The company has promised to file for my H1-B in premium processing. Initially, I was informed that the company was e-verified. But, today I came to know that the company is not-verified. [i work for the parent company and only the 2 subsidiary companies are e-verified]. Please advise me what are my options and will it be fine if the company now gets enrolled in e-verify program.

chtummala Posted January 9, 2013 Report Posted January 9, 2013 if the company enroll in everify .. then update it in sevis .. as soon as posible .. it would take 1/2 hr to get everify number .. as your employer needs to do MOU exam ..
