H1B Amendment delay for six months since the Client change

My client got changed about six months back. Still the H1B amendment petition is not done. Would that be a problem for H1B status?

Did you apply in Premium process or regular process?

The amendment should be done prior to the actual change in LCA contents. If your employer doesn't do this, you will have problems in future immigration matters.
