Filed AC21 and responded to RFE for EVL

Hello,

I need help from experts in the forum. Couple of months back I received an RFE for EVL. My GC was filed as a future employment. At the same time, my H1B employer offered me full time position and I filed AC21 and responded to the RFE. USCIS changed the status of my 485 to RFE review status and it has been almost 3 weeks.

1. Can someone tell me how soon USCIS makes a decision on such cases?

2. Do I have to do anything on my wife's pending 485? There was no query on her case. Will her case be approved automatically when USCIS approves my case?

1. Usually, within 60 days of receiving the RFE, assuming everything else on the case has cleared (including the PD).

2. Her application depends on two things - your application being in good standing (pending or approved) and your marriage not being dissolved.
