URGENT - h1b amendment delay and LCA question

Hi,

Please answer these questions.. thanks in advance..

1. I have a visa stamping in a month from now in canada. I changed my new client in august and my employer didn't find amendment. Now they are planning to do that. Will there be any chances of rejection for me during the visa stamping because of delay in the amendment?

2. What happens if the salary we are getting is more than the salary mentioned in the LCA?

1. You should have the H1 amended petition before the interview

When I moved to a new client in August I filed an LCA. Now do I have to file for an LCA again before amendment?

As I said that I joined a new client in august and at that time I filed for LCA. Now, because I am going for amendment before my h1b stamping do i need to file the LCA again?
