transformers1234 Posted January 7, 2013 Report Posted January 7, 2013 Hi , My Visa on passport was expired on May 31st 2012. My extended petition with employer A would expire on May 31st 2013. I am changing my employer to B starting from May 15th 2013 assuming H1 transfer completion by April 31st 2013 and 2 weeks notice thereafter. And I need to travel to india on an emergency basis.I have only below two options considering all my limitations .Please help choosing one. 1.After employer change post H1 transfer approval , I travel to india in the third week of May without any pay stubs from new employer and try for stamping with new employer (B) petition. Will that be an issue during stamping as I would carry no paystubs of new employer 2.I travel to india when with old employer during last week of april during H1 Transfer inprocess. Is that an issue as I would only have 1 month left on old petition and will it effect the on going H1 Transfer Thanks in advance.
