Tought of sharing my experience at Embassy. Also if there are any othher guys in the same loop let me know.

PIMS wasnt update. at the counter she wrote on DS160 NO PIMS in bold i was like what the heck , desi employers dont do tht and sit.

Interview.

1: How Long you are working for your employer

2: Do you have end client.

3: How long you are working with your Client.

4: Please give Client Letter and LCA.

Ans: I do not have Client letter and submitted LCA.

5: Do you have any email?

Ans: Yes sir and submitted same , also submitted ID Card and email conversations.

6: How long you lived in xyz city(done masters from here)

Ans: XXX months.

7: So you changed after tht to other university.

Yes sir

8: Were you on bench any time.

No sir

9: Does your employer PAy on time

Ans : Yes Sir.

10: Ok sir, we need to do some more admin processing also your PIMS is not updated it usually takes few weeks to a month. If you want you can take your passport.

I took my passport and again asked before leaving how much time it takes sir, he said 2 to 3 weeks to a month. I said thank you sir.

Let me know if any one is in same boat.

All i have noticed is first and foremost its all luck.
