srinima
Hi Friends, I attended an interview for my H1B visa and I got an 221(g). Currently I'm planning to do another H1B visa through prime vendor. My question is if my current H1 gets approved and if I shift to prime vendor do I need to go for stamping again? Please let me know about this. Link to comment
JoeF
You apparently don't have a visa stamp, so of course you would need to go to stamping again. Link to comment

I believe if your current visa is approved, it doesnt matter if you transfer to a different employer in the states. However, when you travel, you may need to show your new I-797 that shows that you work for your new employer. Once you have the visa on your passport, its valid until the date it expires.
