rvisac Posted January 6, 2013 Report Posted January 6, 2013 one of my friend was given 221(g). The VO has asked to submit "STATEMENT REQUESTING WAIVER OF 6C1 VIOLATION". He has misrepresented a document in his earlier VISA interview and then he agreed the mistake and gave it written and the case was sent back to USCIS. Now he went with a new petition. VO has given 221(g) and VO has asked him to submit "STATEMENT REQUESTING WAIVER OF 6C1 VIOLATION". Can someone help telling what is the process for this waiver.
t75 Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 He needs to work with a US immigration attorney. Presenting fraudulent documents is a very serious offense for US immigration processing of any kind. YOU need to stay out of this mess he created for himself.
