akund001 Posted January 6, 2013 Report Share Posted January 6, 2013 My wife is attending H4 visa at Hyderabad consulate soon for the first time. I have valid H1B till 2015 and working in EVC model. I am working for the same employer, client and location as in H1B petition and also have H1B visa stamped in my passport successfully 4 months before. I have really tight travel schedule and concerned if my wife's visa would get delayed with 221G or Admin Processing? Please suggest what are my chances of 221G or Admin Processing? anyone in similar situation had successful stamping recently? Thanks Link to comment
