H1B Amendment after Visa Stamping

Hi,

I need clarification whether H1B amendment and new LCA is required in my case.

here is the overview.

I got my visa stamped in the November 2012 from my employer. my Employer has filed my LCA and H1B petition for Hillsboro OR and it got approved for the x client , due to some changes I may go to other office of same x client in the same city for which my earlier LCA and petition was approved i.e Hillsboro,OR but my role, client , employer and place will be same only the office address may change.

In this case please let me know whether I need to apply for new LCA and H1B amendment before travelling to US or whether I can travel to US and later I can apply for the new LCA and H1B amendment since my POE will be same.

Also from the other forums I came to know there is no need for H1B amendment if two offices address is within 10 miles.

Please let me know whether I can travel with the current LCA, I-797 and travel ..later after reaching the US I can ask for my employer to file for new LCA and H1B amendment. Also its required to go for visa stamping once again after H1B amendment?
