bina.usa Posted January 6, 2013 Report Posted January 6, 2013 Hello, My EAD is going expire in May 2013. Per the process, I am will have to send in my documents for renewal by Feb 2013. Unfortunately, I never really received the Form i797 (approval notice) from USCIS. Is this form a required or an optional document for EAD Renewal? Please let me know. Thanks, Bina.
