helprequiredplz Posted January 6, 2013 Report Share Posted January 6, 2013 hello, I am from a very good university falling out of status i had to apply for reinstatement .I applied in the last week of July 2012.I have not heard anything of that till now.I graduated in the month of Dec 2012.my 60 days grace period started.what should I do in order to stay back in US.Can I join in any other university while waiting for the reply from USCIS .If i join in any other unviersity do I need to file for reinstatement again.My visa expired in the 4 months ago .If I stay back will this effect in future if I plan for coming on H1 or H4.
