kranthi5111 Posted January 6, 2013 Report Posted January 6, 2013 Hi I'm on H1B now and parents already got visitor visa for 10 years. now i want to send my brother for visitor visa interview here is my issue : My brother is mentally handicaped and he cant face interview and he cant understand when other people talks. he need a support who can talk to visa office and answer his questions How can i send my brother to visa interview can i send my dad or parents along with him. they already holding visitor visa how can they enter into embassy? is there a way that i can send him to visa interview.
hax16th Posted January 29, 2013 Report Posted January 29, 2013 I think one parent can go along with your brother, but the chances of visa denial may be high. Better check with some experts.
t75 Posted January 29, 2013 Report Posted January 29, 2013 Why did he not attend with them? I suspect you thought they would be denied if he were with them or that they used his disability to prove ties.
