Has anyone been in a similar situation and successfully got their visa stamped in India? It has been 6 months since I got the DUI. Link to comment

I talked with Sheela Murthy and got background and case letter from them explaining everything. I am planning to travel in march. I think you shoud talk to them. It is little expensive. The officer mention that its my 1st DUI and I just have to go through the medical examination and it is more of a process and I can collect my passport after the medical exam process is complete (they get the results and all that) Link to comment
