Hi All,

Questions Asked by Visa Officer:

VO: Hai how are you doing ?

Me: I am good. How abt you.

VO: What is your designation ?

Me: Pro.. Ana..

VO: How long you are working for your employer ?

Me: blah..blah.. years.

VO: How long are you working for Client ?

Me: blah..blah.. months.

VO: Can i see your client letter ?

Me: Handed it over to VO.

VO:Can i see your Bank Statements ?

Me: Handed them over to VO.

VO: You transfer money to friends and they transfer you back ?

Me: Yes i did transfers to friends and family in India.

VO: What is your Annual Salary ?

Me: __ US Dollars.

VO: He keeps on typing something during the whole interview process.

VO: He handed Bank Statements and Client letter back to me, but he kept the Passport, I797, DS 160 confirmation with him and said we need to verify some information. Will get back to you next week and took my mobile number.

So Guys did anyone went through the same process at Vancouver consulate ? Also what would be the processing time to get back my passport stamped ? Can i contact the consulate on Monday by email to check the status of my application?
