legal22
Hi, Apologies if I got my post at wrong location but I did look and thought of posting here I have worked for a client with a preferred vendor to the client. Worked for over 2 yrs and left the client on a good not due to personal reasons. I always used to have delayed payments from vendor company but was ok as long as I was getting paid. Now that I left the client (5 months now) the vendor withheld my last payment and not answering emails/phone calls. My employer runs proper paycheck but my qtr (Bonus/Per-Diem) has been stopped as he didn’t get this payment. Says can’t fight for 1 month payment. What should I do? I feel like stupid person who without a fault of mine, taking the hit. Can I serve notice or take action? Please help Thanks.... Link to comment
wiweq
Vendor is nothing for you. You have no relation with vendor. Employer is the only one who is responsible for your salary. If they deny, register complain using WH4 on your state's DOL site. Link to comment
