H4 waiting for passport from last 5 weeks

Hi,

My Wife had her H4 extension visa interview in Hyderabad on Nov 30 and in her interview VO said that her visa is approved but it will take few days to get passport as they need to do some internal enquiry.

Its been 5 weeks now and no show of passport and when tried to contact support at ustraveldocs their response was very generic.

Is there any option for us to contact & followup with consulate, since support at ustraveldocs doesnt contact consulate they just have the same info as we see online .

What are my options ?
